Cajun Garlic Shrimp

This Cajun garlic shrimp dish is another one of those quick and easy recipes that will make your family think you're a gourmet cook.

This dish can be served over rice or with pasta.

Use fresh shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen uncooked large shrimp
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Directions

    Peel and devein shrimp.

    Arrange in a 9x12 baking dish. Pour oil over shrimp.

    Combine parsley, peppers, and garlic; sprinkle over shrimp.

    Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Turn shrimp over and drizzle with butter.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes more
