Ingredients 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, softened¼ cup lemon juice2 6 ounce cans crab meat, drained and flaked2 cups finely chopped green onion1 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teasopn cayenne pepper1 teaspoon saltDirections Combine cream cheese and lemon juice in mixer. Add green onion, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and crab meat. Mix well. Serve with crackers or chips. Tips Use fresh crabmeat, if available.Substitute 1 pound boiled shrimp for variety!Serve with raw vegetables!
