Frozen Slush Drink Recipes

On a hot day, frozen slush is one of the most refreshing drinks! The secret to these slush drink recipes is to prepare them the day before.

These alcoholic slush recipes are definitely for the over 21 crowd!

Frozen slush tastes better as the days go by!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 46 ounce can pineapple juice
  • 1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, including juice
  • 1 - 20 ounce can chunk pineapple, including juice
  • 1 large jar cherries, including juice
  • ½ 2 liter 7-up (33 ounces)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rum
  • Directions
    Mix sugar with water to make a simple syrup.

    Combine all the remaining ingredients.
    Do not drain the pineapple or cherries.

    Freeze at least 8 hours; stirring occasionally.

    Serves 12

    Variations
    Amaretto slush can be made by substituting amaretto for the rum. Even whiskey slush tastes great, if you prefer whiskey or bourbon. Alcoholic slush recipes are the perfect over 21 drink!
