Crystallized Pecans

Crystallized Pecans are a great dessert. Eat pecans by themselves or use in fancy recipes. Bet you can’t eat just one!

The beauty of this recipe is that it is quick, easy and microwaveable!


  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup pineapple or orange juice
  • 2 or more cups pecans
  • Wax paper


Mix sugar and juice, add pecans.

Cook 4 minutes in microwave on HIGH. Stir.

Cook an additional 4 minutes.

Remove from microwave and stir until mixture crystallizes. Pour on waxed paper.

Remove from waxed paper when pecans have cooled.
