Holiday Raspberry Punch

This sparkling raspberry punch is a crowd favorite. Not just for the holidays!

With any good punch, a cup of rum kicks it up a notch New Orleans Style!

  • 2 - 10 ounce packages frozen red raspberries
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 bottle cranapple juice
  • 1 bottle ginger ale
  • 1 quart raspberry sherbet

  • Puree raspberries.

    Combine raspberries, lemon juice, sugar, and cranapple juice in a punch bowl.

    Stir until sugar dissolves

    Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl.

    Add ginger ale.
