Vegetable Casserole Recipe

This mixed Vegetable Casserole Recipe is always a great dish for all occasions.

  • 2 bags frozen baby carrots
  • 2 bags frozen cauliflower
  • 2 bags frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 8 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Directions

    Microwave and season vegetables according to packages.

    Add sour cream, undiluted soup and 4 cups cheese.

    Mix well

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture

    Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts.


    Microwave the vegetables in a microwave safe dish. But place in a nice casserole dish before baking.
